4+1 Program: Interest Form

Please fill out the form below to express your interest in the 4+1 program, which allows current UIC undergraduates to apply to complete both a bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering in five years. Students are eligible to apply up until the end of the second week of the fall semester of their senior year. A GPA of at least 2.5 in the semester before application is required.
